This year the legendary Chemical Brothers album "Dig Your Own Hole" celebrates its 25th anniversary. The British electronica duo has taken this as an opportunity to release a new limited edition version of the album on a double CD. In addition to the original track listing, "Dig Your Own Hole - 25th Anniversay Edition" also features 5 previously unreleased tracks, including 2 completely new tracks, a demo version of "Elektrobank" and 2 alternative mixes of "Cylinders" and "I Love Tekno". "Dig Your Own Hole" managed to push the boundaries of the mainstream in 1997. With two #1 singles ("Setting Sun" & "Block Rockin' Beats"), the album went straight to #1 on the UK album charts and sold over half a million copies in the US. The Chemical Brothers are among the pioneers of the Big Beat and are also known for their spectacular, partly award-winning music videos. At the GRAMMY Awards, they have already won the coveted Grammophone Trophy six times.
