Kylie Minogue: Fever (LP)

"Fever" is the pop singer's eighth studio album. It was originally released in October 2001, just one year after the album "Light Years". Kylie Minogue worked with a number of well-known writers and producers on the songwriting and recording sessions in Dublin and Chicago, including Cathy Dennis, Rob Davis, Richard Stannard, Julian Gallagher, TommyD, Tom Nichols and Pascal Gabriel. The result was a new dance-pop sound with influences from disco, europop and synth-pop. The first single released was the hit "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", which, like the album, reached number one in the charts in several countries, including Australia, the UK and Germany. And with number three in the US Billboard charts, the singer also celebrated a comeback in the USA. Other singles released included the songs "In Your Eyes", "Love At First Sight" and "Come Into My World", which all reached the Top 5 in her home country. with around six million copies sold, "Fever" is Kylie Minogue's most successful album.
