"Hans Zimmer & Friends: Diamond in the Desert" is an innovative film by Emmy-winning and Grammy-nominated director Paul Dugdale that captures the magic and epic power of Hans Zimmer's music in a unique cinematic experience. The music film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray by Sony Classical. "Hans Zimmer & Friends: Diamond in the Desert" is much more than a traditional concert film. In the film, Hans Zimmer's most popular and best-known film soundtracks are brought to life by him, his band and an orchestra at extraordinary venues in breathtaking scenes: from the dunes of the Arabian Desert to the heights of the Burj Al Arab, from the spectacular Al Wasl Plaza dome in Expo City to the iconic Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. Hans Zimmer and his fellow musicians will perform new live versions of some of his greatest hits, including songs from Dune, Gladiator, Interstellar, The Lion King and Inception.
