"Brian May + Friends: Star Fleet Project" is the third release of the 'Brian May Gold Series', first released in 1983. Accompanied by rock greats Edward Van Halen, Alan Gratzer, Phil Chen and Fred Mandel, the result of their legendary recording sessions was captured on a three-track mini-album. To celebrate the 40th anniversary, "Star Fleet Project" has been completely reissued. Brian and his studio team (Queen sound engineers Justin Shirley-Smith and Kris Fredriksson) created a new 2023 mix of the sessions from the original multitrack master tapes and digitized the artwork.
