This concert album was recorded live during a tour by Anderson and the jazz band Sexmob in 2023. The cover and inner packaging feature paintings by Anderson. The album contains 23 songs, including many favorites from Anderson's career performed in new arrangements - as well as a song by Lou Reed and Metallica, "Junior Dad". The Guardian called Anderson "one of the great popular artists and storytellers of our time," while the New York Times wrote of the tour, "Anderson is having fun again: with jazz combo Sexmob, this enduring avant-gardist tackled songs old and new with a grooving spirit.
