Popis
The captivating, synth-heavy soundtrack to the Netflix horror hit "Stranger Things", set in the 1980s. With its cozy synth pads and rich textures, the soundtrack to Volume 1 seamlessly wanders through the 80s world of "Stranger Things", creating a non-threatening serenity with a gentle shift towards a darker mood. On track 11, the listener is plunged into a nightmare before they can even blink; a shift that is executed with eerie grace. The score effectively opens up a unique, strange world of terror and unleashes it upon the listener with considered precision. This soundtrack immediately brings to mind works by John Carpenter (Halloween, The Thing), Tangerine Dream and Vangelis (Blade Runner), while also dipping into the atmospherics of Aphex Twin and more modern composers such as Cliff Martinez (Drive, Solaris).
