Return To Forever: The Mothership Returns (3LP+2CD)

Founded and led by jazz legend Chick Corea, Return To Forever is one of the most innovative jazz/rock fusion bands of its generation. First formed in the 70s, the band celebrated magnificent comebacks in 1983, 2008 and 2010 after several break-ups. "The Mothership Returns" was recorded with the then new band members Jean-Luc (violin) and Frank Gambale (guitar) in 2011. The set opens with a breathtaking performance of "Medieval Overture" from their studio album "Romantic Warrior". The newly formed power line-up also features an extended version of "Señor Mouse" and "Shadow Of Low/Sorceress" in this live album.
