The next phase of KC activities after Thrak and the double trio line-up led to the album "The ConstruKction of Light". Fittingly for an album whose title incorporates the theme of "construction", 2000's "The ConstruKction Of Light" underwent the most radical change of any KC album to date - it was practically rebuilt from the ground up.
The loss of the original recordings of the electronic drums allowed Pat Mastelotto to completely re-record the material, this time on his current acoustic-electric kit, resulting in a virtually entirely new album of familiar material.
Previously only available on the CD/DVD set "The ReconstruKction of Light 40th Anniversary" and the 24-disc box set "The Heaven & Earth", the 2019 stereo mix is now available as a standalone CD in a jewel case.
