On the album "Components", recorded in June 1965, vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson deepened his collaboration with drummer Joe Chambers, which he had begun a few months earlier on "Dialogue". The two can be heard here with a first-class sextet that includes trumpeter Freddie Hubbard and pianist Herbie Hancock, two other Blue Note stars of the time.
